Sara Klein Gluck

Sara Klein Gluck — eldest daughter of Jenő Klein and Esti Klein, born in postwar Hungary (late 1940s) and raised in Boro Park, Brooklyn after the family's 1950s emigration. She married into the Gluck family (husband's first name not yet recovered). The eldest of her own children is Rachel “Ruchie” Freier, who was elected to the New York State Supreme Court in 2023 — the first Hasidic woman to hold that role. Sara is Tatty's first cousin (Klein side) and the closest living Klein-side cousin documented on this archive.
